Horrendous service. We booked the sedan service to go to NYC for the day with my daughter and granddaughter and our driver had no idea where he was going. I had to navigate for him. He drove so slow and it probably added an additional hour at a minimum to our drive, he was swerving in and out of the highway lane and wasn't familiar with the vehicle - couldn't open the trunk or use the built-in navigation!
