Love the hearing aids, and the staff is marvelous
Neil did a very good job addressing all concerns I have with hearing aids. I have been wearing hearing aids for 30 plus years now. I have a unique hearing aid that can be quite a challenge. It takes the right qualifications just to make the correct mold. I'm positive when a new pair is needed. Mr Hunter will take it to the next level. For his efforts he has earned a five star review. I can be the worst of critics and not easy to please at times. Keep up the good work Neil!
Neil is great to work with and really helped explain what areas I’ve been struggling with my hearing. I purchased hearing aids that allow me to make adjustments to my settings on the fly using a phone app. This has been very helpful in optimizing the settings for certain noise environments (restaurants, outdoor activities, sporting events). I have had my hearing aids for a couple years now and Neil has been great at taking the time to make minor tweaks and adjustments to my settings as my hearing loss needs continue to chang... read more
I wouldn't recommend Hunter Hearing Center to anyone. A pair of hearing aids cost me five times what my insurance coverage paid. I was told a better deal was being offered. A new impression wasn't made. Called Phonak and ordered the same molds taken three years earlier made by another hearing center. They were sent back to Phonak twice. The wait was unbelievably long to finally get the hearing aids. Instead of $650 per hearing aid covered under insurance. Owners good deal cost $ 2,350 per hearing aid.
