Terrible communication, didn't turn up when organised.
Apparently they quote replacement glass prices excluding GST over the phone and then add on GST at the final invoice. I thought this was illegal unless the business explicitly state at the time of the verbal quote that GST will be added later. Pretty crappy to have an extra 10% added after the fact. When I questioned the staff member I was advised that they always quote without GST... I guess they should inform every customer that they will add the GST on the final invoice which will be 10% higher than the quoted price.
Hunter Glass helped me from start to finish with my framless shower screen. Nothing was to hard or out of the question and fulfilled every request I made. Quick and clear responses. And turn around was efficient. The end product looks fantastic and the price was amazing. Thanks Hunter Glass!
