Hunter corrected a mistake promptly. Appreciated the effort to fix.
This is the first time I've had a delivery from Hunter Express and I hope it's not the last. The communication was fantastic and I can't speak highly enough of the online tracking system. I could follow the driver's progress from depot to my door. And the driver was friendly and professional. Ten outta ten from me.
The absolute worst. Customer service is non existent and the management even worse
If I could give zero stars I would. After waiting around for a delivery that was already late they marked my package as "failed delivery attempt" but I was home all day and they never even tried to contact me. They didn't leave any instructions on how to pick up the package after the "failed delivery". I called them at 7am to ask if I could collect the packages directly from the warehouse after it was returned. They told me I would recieve a text message with the information and when it would be available to pick up. Mind yo... read more
Given all the bad reviews on here, I was pleasantly surprised to have my delivery turn up to my doorstep right on schedule. Shipping updates were also available through their website - no issues at all!
