i am disgusted in this courier, twice the driver declared our office was closed and they were unable to deliver despite having granted permission to leave unattended. I am beyond livid that at the same moment i got the can not deliver notification i could see the entry way, never did a delivery vehicle enter the premise. lazy staff, an absolute waste of time.
The worst delivery service I’ve ever had. Partners should reconsider using this delivery company as it poorly reflects on end to end service.
