Eugenia "Cutthroat" Hunter... My, oh, my, do I have a lot of things & tea to say about this woman! The first thing I would like to say about her, is that she's is one of the worse GAL's in Southern Illinois & doesn't care about clients that are on her caseload either. She's passive aggressive and doesn't communicate with clients that she is the Guardian and litem for.
