Great doctors and staff. Very pleased with my health outcome.
Waiting time was so long we elected to see a locum for my teenage daughter. We conferred with the locum in September about doing 3 things together - adenoids, tonsils and septoplasty. The day before the surgery was supposed to happen they call and advise there is and additional $500 fee to pay. When I queried this, I was treated rudely and disrespected; and because I had the nerve to ask what the extra fee was for 1 day before the surgery, the locum didn't feel comfortable proceeding with the surgery. Had an appointment with Dr. James Cush for my daughter's frequent allergies and related ENT infections - Dr. Cush was really wonderful in Listening, diagnosis, explanations and suggestions. Barely a week since the appointment and one of his suggestions is already a big relief for my Daughter. Happy to refer Dr. Cush & Hunter ENT
Available parking was not advised. Payment arrangements are very odd
