Dr Lau! A legend. He performed septal surgery on me. He was down to earth, honest and invested in his craft. Five stars.
Service is as you would expect from specialists. It is just a shame that like most practices, the staff here really do not value the time of their patients. 45 minutes to an hour behind time is just common for this workplace. Do yourself a favour and try to get the first appointment of the day, otherwise bring a water bottle and a snack as you settle in for a long wait. Please try to be better. Show your patients respect by scheduling appointments that are closer aligned to actual time with the staff.
Amazing practice. The reception team was incredibly helpful, liaising with the doctors, organising imaging, and providing me with a last minute appointment when my original one needed to be rescheduled. Dr Lau was very thorough and respectful, investigating my issue and answering all my questions, including spending the time to discuss non-surgical options with me.
I went to Hunter ENT back in 2022 and I had Septoplasty surgery. This absolutely changed my life. I have more energy, Don’t have sleep apnea anymore!! I can breathe better!!! I had Dr Thomas Nguyen. Sadly I think he isn’t there any more. But I am sure the standard is kept throughout. I can’t recommend enough. In the photo below, this was only day three post surgery. No black eyes. The 17 thousand flushes I had todo after wasn’t my favourite but it’s not the worst! I’d do it all again for the silver lining result.
