Worst move we’ve ever had. Disorganized, untrained crew, slow and careless with multiple cigarette and phone breaks and then when they (predictably) didn’t finish in time allocated they suggested I pay for another day. From 14 family moves- some overseas- this was the most unethical irresponsible company ever dealt with and we’re reported to fair trading.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a removal company. They bowed and bent a brand new $5,000 “85inch” Television and wouldn’t take accountability for it. They put multiple holes in the wall and wouldn’t take accountability of that either. They charged almost $600 to move to the next suburb and only move a room full of stuff. Definitely recommend Hunter Coalfield removal! Did a trip from Newcastle to Cessnock! They were very professional and clear about the whole process of and definitely took the stress out of moving day. Reasonably priced also! Thank you very much to all the team!
