No one answered when I called.
I have no issues with the tax center. I feel they do a good job at filing my family taxes and addressing any questions I have.
Ridiculous! Personal service is gone! They’re using tax slayer software. I did a second look at Hand R block and I’m getting $500 more in my refund! You can do better yourself at home! Use turbo tax or go to block! That’s my last time using that “service “.
