We moved from our home to an apartment complex serviced by Huntel. From the day of the request for phone change, it took 12 daqys to get phone service! On the next day I requested our phone not have "call waiting". They switched the phone off--on a Friday afternoon!!. On Monday Huntel was informed; Thursday afternoon the techmician FINALLY came! He was good; BUT why does it take so long? I call that Very Poor Customer Service!!
I found their prices to be very economical and their service to be outstanding. We had a cheaper system before from a smaller local vendor and found that the value just wasn't there. We paid less up front but suffered in the quality later and in the service. We found ourselves 'begging' to get in line for help, and we were getting billed from the time they left their bldng.
