I have purchased several gifts from Huntees before and always been impressed by the quality and the smile they put on peoples faces.I recently purchased the Well Well Well mug for a friend that I know would love it. Very disappointed. I've ordered from Huntees before and have been very pleased with both the transaction and the merchandise. However, my last order has left me frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order on April 17th of this year, and recieved five of the items in my order and was advised I would be notified via email when my remaining items shipped. Absolutely one of the worse possible companies I may have ever dealt with. They promote a sale and shipping in **** days. Then you never hear anything from them. 10 days out you drop them an email, 3 weeks later you wait in a chat for 28 minutes to hear excuses about the sale was a ************** cant keep up with what they promised. Blah blah blah.,. Ive tried & tried to support this company, maybe my 4th or 5th ********** always the same excuse. At least they got paid 3 weeks ago.

I just had a very positive experience with Huntees. I was very patient. It took exactly one month to get my order. I think it takes longer because I get the impression that it might only be one or two people doing all the work. These items don't spit out quickly from some sweatshop in Bangladesh. Think about that. Anyway, this artist does amazing work, and I'm happy to have their "Island Girls" T-shirt, and a couple of pins/broaches that are inspired by Blanche and Dorothy. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a Tshirt from them which arrived late but that's not the issue. The issue is they don't respond to anything. The Tshirt I got did not look like what was supposed to be in the photos. I instantly wanted to return it as soon as I saw it. Returned it, have confirmation that it was received and yet no refund after over 2 weeks. Radio silence to emails. Had to file a claim with paypal. Stay away!

I had a great experience ordering from Huntees.com. I ordered a set of tile coasters , the quality was wonderful. It was made clear that the items were made to order and it wasn't a fast turnaround, but, that was not a problem for me. I just placed my second order!
