John is a very kind person and he responded to all my questions. He helped me with everything related to my home loan. He helped me to refinance my house , and I was surprised with how quickly we got to closing and I'm super happy and thankful with everything that he did for me. I totally recommend him. John and his staff went way above and beyond to explain the entire process and were available to answer all questions and concerns day and night. Our situation was not what one would consider "normal" or "routine" but that didn't seem to phase them.
