I had a very good experience working with Bill in having him file a quitclaim deed and associated documents for me. He ensured the appropriateness of the documents which was reassuring as I am Canadian living in Canada involved in a U.S. real estate transaction. He responded in a timely manner to my first call, and was happy to answer my questions through the whole process. He was personable on the phone and in witnessing the transaction. He went beyond what was expected and I found his fees very reasonable.
