They do a great job on MINOR injuries BUT with a bad wreck that led to severe injuries, they CANT make it happen. I got into a serious accident which the other driver was at fault but at the end they settled for less all because they wanted to wrap things up quickly they took their percentage with additional 75$ without doing anything and I mean anything.
