I hate going to the tax office. Long lines, rude staff but this one is actually ok. Spent less time registering a vehicle than I do trying to deposit a check at my bank!
I live in Greenville but gave the Quinlan location a try. They currently stop doing title work at 3:45 P.M. I arrived at 3:07 P.M. and had my title transfer complete by 3:21 P.M. The staff was friendly and said they actually work at the main location as well every other week. I had my paperwork filled out ahead of time so it went smoothly. I hope you have a similar experience as I had.
