Horrible customer service and very rude staff – We ordered a suit to be custom made and the pants needed some revision. They refused to make it right and told us that they would not do anything more to fix the problem. When asked if we could speak to the manager, the salesman told us flatly "no". The salesman asked if we thought we knew more about this than he did and how would we know if the pants looked right or not.
