I would give 0 stars if I could. My husband and I worked with Charlotte 20+ years ago and she was fabulous. I recommended her to my elderly mother who needed help with a trust and real estate issues. Charlotte said she would take a copy of the document and then get back to her in a week. Over one week passed and my Mom contacted the office multiple times. Two weeks passed and still no call back.
