Recently lost our best friend and family member Sadie, a 7 year old Golden from Hunnington. She died of Hemangiosarcoma, a deadly cancer of the blood vessels. No genetic testing was done to our knowledge by Hunnington. Don't really know if genetic markers can indicate a predisposition to this ravaging disease. We have selected a new Golden puppy from a different breeder in hopes of avoiding this terrible outcome.

Buyer beware!!! Our pup at just two years old will be completely blind in both eyes due to a genetic eye disorders. Their dogs are NOT scanned for this issue. We are heartbroken for our sweet pup.

Huntington Farms sold us a puppy that was regurgitating ever since we got him. He was malnourished and was immediately diagnosed with congenital idiopathic megaesophagus. This is an inoperable, non-curable, chronic condition that was present since birth. Our specialist vet at University of Georgia said that the condition is likely hereditary.
