We transitioned to Hunnex & Shoemaker about 2 years ago and the customer service has been excellent - seemless through the transition and has continued in the ongoing administration. Quick and knowledgable responses to any questions we have.
My experience with Hunnex as the 401k plan administrator I inherited through an asset purchase in 2020 has been disappointing, to say the least. This firm was both costly and unreliable. Discovering they had been filing crucial forms under the wrong EIN was the final straw, and I decided it was time to search for a better solution.
