Had a relationship with Annie for a number of years. Everything was great until this past year. She began to be very rude, stopped responding to communication, and refused to meet with me and my wife. We’ve been trying to reach her for months, to no avail. It’s September and we still have no confirmation of our returns being submitted.

Annie was a pleasure to work with! I had consulted with two other accountants before finding her. The first wanted to charge money just for speaking to them and made it seem like they wanted to push me through the line. The second had the same attitude and just wanted to get me out the door. Annie was patient and understanding while very prompt with her feedback.
