Like many of the reviews for this company I give it a five star. Their website was very clear about all the conditions and terms. On the day of delivery at around 1 o’clock in the afternoon, I called to see when I was getting my dumpster and I was told it would be there within the hour. 45 minutes later they delivered it. The driver was extremely helpful and moved the dumpster several times to place it correctly in my driveway so I could open up the door without any issues. Sal the delivery driver for our container is TOP NOTCH. He was able to get a large container into a very tight spot in our driveway (we hired and fired another company and they were unable to do this) which created ease for the completion of our project. We’re super happy with this company customer service, competitive pricing and over all business approach!! We will be using them in the future for all projects.
The dumpster was dropped off and picked up when promised. Had to call the corporate office to arrange a earlier pickup and was sent a link to do that from which was very easy and convenient. The drivers called before coming to drop off and pick up the dumpster and were very courteous. Notifications were also sent via email. Their pricing was very competitive.
***Photo attached for reference*** Read all of the negative reviews and see what they all have in common: INCORRECT WEIGHT CHARGES. They claimed that my dumpster was almost 4 TONS. You’ll notice there is dirt and rock at the bottom of the dumpster but I specifically ordered the 30yd dumpster because it allows for up to 3 tons. I understand rock/dirt is heavy but there is no possible way the amount in this dumpster exceeds 6,000lbs. It is unfortunate because leading up to this I had a decent experience with them. We decided at the very last minute to do a full house clean out the week between Christmas and New Year. My usual dumpster contacts didn’t have any available for less than $600 for the week so, at the recommendation of several neighbors – we tried out humpty dump. The ease of booking online, not playing 20-questions on the phone while a random cost is pulled from a hat and ability to book for delivery the NEXT DAY was AMAZING!
