Our experience with humpty dump was excellent. We scheduled online and made payment without any problem. Online systems that work without issues is a rarity nowadays. And another rarity - I had to call and actually got a human on the phone that responded promptly. The driver notified us for both drop off and pick up and was right on time. Fantastic service! I would highly recommend!
Great company, great price, and the communication was top notch. We were contacted by the office as well as the driver prior to drop off, and the dumpster was dropped exactly where we wanted it, as well as before pick up. 10/10 would use again.
We have used Humpty Dump twice this year for home demo projects, highly recommend. They are reasonably priced and we had excellent communication with both the drop off and pick up. Their customer service is great, they answered all my questions the first time I was renting so that I could choose the appropriate container. They also were able to pick up early for us and the drivers parked the container perfectly on our driveway without any damage to sprinklers. Great experience all around.
Great service, very friendly driver and professional company that works hard to gain your trust. Also much less expensive than other roll off services in the area. Thank you Humpty Dumpster for keeping your prices very competitive and affordable. I only have one issue. Your roll offs should have drainage holes. It's not exactly fair to say you would charge for water weight and then it snows the very next day and your dumpster doesn't have drainage holes. I had a great experience with Humpty Dump! I was notified when the delivery was on the way (and what time frame to expect it in). The driver was able to place the roll-off perfectly to fit our needs. The 20-yard bin was the best size for the debris we had, and was only $25 more than a 15-yard bin. When it was filled prior to the one-week mark, I let Humpty Dump know it was ready to go, and they collected it the next day, which no doubt made my HOA happy. I highly recommend them!
