My family rents a 15 or 20 yard dumpster about twice a year to help with cleaning out the house. We coordinate it with donating the clothes and stuff my kids have grown out of. Humpty delivers the dumpster to the top of my driveway, the perfect location. It's wildly easy to schedule, pay, and confirm the delivery. They're always on time for drop off and pick up. I had an AMAZING experience. I did everything online via the forms. The drivers called in advance for pick up and drop off. Got texts throughout the process. I also requested early pick up that went super smooth. Again, all online with no hassle. 10/10 recommend. I also LOVE that they are local. Oh and the pricing was unmatched. Totally worth it for my spring cleaning.
Like many of the reviews for this company I give it a five star. Their website was very clear about all the conditions and terms. On the day of delivery at around 1 o’clock in the afternoon, I called to see when I was getting my dumpster and I was told it would be there within the hour. 45 minutes later they delivered it. I have used HD at least half a dozen times, from their inception in 2020 and most recently with multiple rentals this fall for my remodel. These guys are AMAZING! Drivers are so nice and friendly and very professional and their skills at backing one of these dumpsters up into complicated spots is top-notch. One the easiest company to work with and most reasonable priced. Jason informed me the day before of a 2 hour window, in which he will pick up the roll-off, and like clock work, he was there. I've used other roll-off services in the past and costumer service and pricing wasn't their specialty. I will definitely be using Humpty Dump again.
