I was living in Hereford and got to a point thqt I could not take of my wife and myself and the house. Looked around at other facilities and decided to pick Hummingbird Resort Living as a place of residence. This was December 2023, January 2024 we moved in. My grandmother lives here and loves it!! Huge rave for Yvonne Luiza and Lexi for taking exceptional care of my grandmother!! Those 3 do a phenomenal job!!

This place is awesome. I can not say enough good things about it. I highly recommend it for a place for your love one.

This place is going from bad to worse! I'm so sorry for the poor vulnerable residents. I noticed poor management, lack of training, poor communication, unresponsive management, some residents are left unclean, without proper nutrition and hydration. Management only focus on profit over people, and cost cutting measures. The building is too old, and have a bad odor, there is mold on the walls. Many residents passed away last month, they health deteriorate suddenly fast. Seriously is so sad what is going on on this place.

Beware, best way to describe this place is lipstick on a pig. First impression looks nice in the lobby area. It’s being ran poorly no communication and what they are serving to the residents is such poor quality. Dining room was closed for over a week, last week. No communication as to why first said 2 people had pneumonia then someone said issues with exhaust nobody really knows what’s the truth. Food delivered to all residents room served cold not warm.
