Susan is a true professional and came ready to work. She told me exactly what I needed and when which made the job incredibly efficient. Coming out on a Saturday was huge. She has an earlier appointment, provided an ETA and was here right on time. Our dogs can be distracting at times and nothing bothers her. Like I said in my intro - a true pro and obviously a veteran at her craft. I have several of her business cards that I plan on distributing based on my great experience. Thanks Susan!!!
