I would have put minus, when the actions of the client was never met but ignored.
Hugh requested £600 over a year ago, promising a proposal. The money was promptly sent and still no proposal or explanation as to why one hasn't been provided. I understand there may be other circumstances for the delay but some communication would help, very unprofessional. My other half has emailed him asking on several occasions with no response.
Conveyancing through Courtney was very efficient. Probate through Sabrina far less so. Extremely slow and needed constant prompting, and more expensive than quoted without prior notification.
