Their services may be excellent but I'm afraid I never got that far. I rang one afternoon to speak to someone in the conveyancing department. No one was available so took my name and number and promised to call me back. They didn't so I assumed the next day they would. Next day no call by lunchtime so I rang again telling them that I need to get on with my purchase and that if they didn't call me back that day I would have to go elsewhere. No call back. Andrew assisted me in selling my leasehold property. The communication was clear from the beginning how i would be charged. Easy and smooth process. Andrew worked really hard to get the exchange date and completion done with as little stress as possible for me. I couldn't thank him enough. Receptionist also very kind and professional. Highly recommended.
