Literally the best banking experience I’ve had with a bank, ever. From the first call with Mark O’Brien, to Cassie and Kelly making extra effort to get our business set up quickly, the last month of dealing with Hume Bank has been amazing. The internet banking app and website is simple and easy to use (which is such a welcome change from all the complicated apps by the big banks). And as a small business, it’s so fresh to be treated with respect from our banking partner. Thanks again!
Hume Bank offers a very good business banking product. Easy to transact and provide employee access. Much better than the major banks.
Been with them since 15 with an all purpose account, which is an old product they don’t offer people anymore, why?! Because when you turn 22 they charge you a transaction fee, so over the last 10 month they stole $136 from me. No one called me up to say “hey you’re about to be charged, you should change to this new type of account your one is old” nope! And I have gone in and called them over the past 10 months. I went to the Olive St branch today on 30th December and when I went into through the main doors the bank was closed and there was a notice on the inside door saying they were closed until 6th Jan .I was there on 23rd Dec and there was no notice .I had parked my car at the end of the street and walked up to the bank .There was a steady stream of people who were unaware that the bank was closed. I do not havea card so I need to go into the bran h
