TERRIBLE COMPANY!! DO NOT USE!!!!! STAY AWAY. I booked this company to move a week in advance then confirmed 3 days before the move. Moving day comes and no one showed up. When I called they said they don’t have my reservation. When I referred to the confirmation they said they will call me back. I waited and no call back. I called and no answer. Five stars for Humble Moving! They made a stressful day so much easier. The team was fast, professional, and—most importantly—incredibly kind during a tough situation. If you want a moving company that actually cares about its customers, this is the one. I’ll be telling everyone I know to use them!
Absolutely horrible experience loading my 1-bedroom apartment. What should have taken 2 hours ended up taking 5. The owner, Manveer, then attempted to charge me an additional $297. We ended up settling on $100, and I felt pressured to e-transfer payment on the spot. The movers arrived late and did not follow directions. I specifically pointed out garbage in the hallway and told them not to put it on the truck, but they did anyway. These guys are superhero’s!!! They came to our aid last minute and were able to move all our stuff through the wildest weather from flash rain storms to hail. Kept a great attitude the entire time and were so careful with our stuff. Seriously could not have survived the day without these incredible movers! 1000/10 would recommend them to anyone that needs moving help.
