Staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. We just got our 4 year old dog neutered here and they were just lovely, caring people.

Our experience with the entire SNIP team at the Humane Society of Polk County has been quite refreshing. The team showcases positive energy, courtesy, care, for the animals we have fostered right down to helping us humans learn along this new journey. Lisa has been an outstanding individual to recognize, helping answer a number of questions shared over e-mail, to a smiling first hello when dropping off our pet.
