Left 2 cars in parking lot and locked the gates. We had to call sheriff non emergency to get out. There appeared to be an event they HAD to go too.
Not affiliated with Polk County Animal Control which is what most recent negative reviews have them mistaken for. The animals here are well taken care of, on top of it being a no-kill shelter (good luck avoiding the cat adoption rooms)
