Patty Maldonado is an outstanding employee! She actually cares for all the people there. Some of the employees as well as the manager though are quite rude which is unfortunate because I would’ve given more stars.

Seven years ago, I placed a negative one star review of this place. Today, I had to revise my review to a five star review! I must say, Excellent service provided to both of my parents in evaluating their Humana medical plans. I recommend Ana Betancourt. She walked us through the changes from this year to next year, and reminded us of rewards and other benefits. A plus is that she speaks Spanish. Everyone is friendly and understanding here. Now that Medicare enrollment is here, I will recommend this place to everyone.
Excellent agency and staff. Very helpful with information and advice. Frequent group sessions with highly qualified speakers, questions & answers.
