These people do not know what the heck they are doing their totally clueless. I had called both 800 numbers on both insurance cards and called the office talked to the agent who had assisted me during the enrollment and even he didn't know about extra benefits on getting help with rent. His exact words were we have that benefit? IF you don't know all the qualities your company has then you shouldn't be working for the company.
Have had for years and love the insurance
THE CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS, AWFUL, AND RUDE. Jesus, what a waste of time. Makes me want to move my insurance to a different company.

I have been a Humana member since I enrolled for Medicare in 2008. My experience with Humana has always been good. But I must say that the services provided at the neighborhood center have made a good experience even better. But the best thing of all that has happened for me has been meeting your Customer Service Associate, Josette. Without a doubt she is one of your best assets.
