Took my coverage away without telling me about it
Only have only seen a few problems with Humana. One, you are on hold to a point you get disconnected. Two, they have a major management problem including upper management for allowing this company to get to this point. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing and the answers you get are so foo-barred it's not funny. I started this nightmare today at 11:17am, it is now 1:40pm and still have no idea where they are. I get transferred from one to another and nobody can hardly speak any English, or get disconnected.
