I've been going to this Dale Mabry location as my location and this past two days they've not been open.
If you can go anywhere else do it because Humana is probably the worst health insurance company. They are about stress and death Insurance not health insurance
HUMANA DON’T GO WITH THEM. I repeat Don’t go with them. They repeatedly deny claims saying it doesn’t meat criteria but couldn’t tell you what criteria need to be met. And then when I called in and complained, asked for the criteria that need to be met, asking why they denied the claim and why are we paying insurance for just so they can collect and deny and they just hung up. 🤬🤬🤬
What a bad experience they make people wait for about 3 to 4 months before they can even get help that need . Especially seniors they make them wait a while but if your younger you get help immediately. Why send or worry about a ID card if you cant use it .Stop with this government stuff . They gave my cousin and brother insurance immediately and could use immediately and get help .My mom tried they told her she had to wiat a whole another month before she could even apply . And now she has to wait another 3 more months befo... read more
