What a bad experience they make people wait for about 3 to 4 months before they can even get help that need . Especially seniors they make them wait a while but if your younger you get help immediately. Why send or worry about a ID card if you cant use it .Stop with this government stuff . Whenever there is any problem it can be solved by going here and talking face to face with them. They can use their computers or phone to the doctor's office directly and prevent me from being on hold for hours. I really appreciate the help they give me.
