The loading process was completed within 30 minutes, and the staff provided excellent service.
Excellent customer service and their warranty! We bought our massage chair back in 2021 and had some mechanical issues this year and we reached out to human touch. They first changed the mechanical unit but later determined that they might just send us a brand new chair and they did! We might got lucky as the agent was super attentive and actively follow up with their techs in terms of delivery etc. On top of all this, supernovo is a spectacular massage chair that everyone just loved it and want to have one themselves!

The chair that we received was damaged during shipping. After 3 weeks of no response from the shipping company, I contacted Human Touch directly to have the situation resolved. Their communications were excellent and we quickly resolved the issue.
