Not a retail location and don't bother calling, they don't pick up, or chatting with customer service, they know nothing, including where to find their chairs to try before I buy. No big deal, I live near a ton of stores in Koreatown stocked with Osaka chairs. The reviews about shoddy parts told me all I needed to understand about Human Touch products. Their Relax the Back retailer is equally clueless and quite rude. Quite amazing to be treated this way before spending thousands of dollars.
Three years ago I came to Costco and Dion Ramos was always very nice. He made me feel at home and always made me feel comfortable to spend time understanding each massage chair. Usually I feel uncomfortable using them but Dion would always welcome me with his warm personality. So far because of Dion of I have bought 2 of them! Thank you Dion!
I would like to acknowledge and thank Moss, the Manager, and Ivette at Human Touch for taking the time to thoroughly review the issues I experienced with my massage chair. For approximately two and a half years, I made repeated calls and experienced significant delays in follow-up regarding a loud clunking noise that occurred after a 30-minute massage cycle when the chair returned to its resting position. Our chair was peeling right after the year mark. Unfortunately, I didn't call them right away. When I did, because they don't make this model anymore, they won't cover repairs. I'm want expecting them to repair as though it was a warranty. I know full well is have to pay for it. But, no go. I'm really disappointed. Now the legs don't even go up anymore. I don't recommend the Human Touch massage chairs. I believe, if you stand behind your product, even after warranty, you would be willing to repair. I guess they don't stand b... read more
