At a low point in my life. Needed help. These people treated me like I was someone of importance. They did there job and lifted me up. Went way beyond. Thank you very much
I went to get a death certificate today for my Mom. I don’t have all the information I needed and since I’m the last living relative I had no one to ask. The lady at the front desk (I didn’t get her name) was such a great help. She went above and beyond to help me achieve what I was trying to do. I will forever be grateful.

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, from the front to back!! If you don’t take your job seriously “CLOCK OUT”! This is a STATE service and this location is a bad representation. People look for aid and support from all walks of life and this location does not make you feel welcome or supported. They definitely fit the typical stereo type. This agency needs an entire you staff starting at the front desk! It amazing me how low wage employees have the audacity to look down on people!
