Mrs. Melanie Howard is the politest person; I have ever worked with regarding my children's Child Support Case. What a breath of fresh air! Keep up the great work ladies.
Melody was a sweetheart and helped greatly. But the lady at the desk behind the child support window needs a different job. She acts like everyone she deals with is below her and stupid. "Melody can you come deal with him, hes not gettin it". She is disrespectful and dismissive. She needs a job where she doesnt interact with the general public. Our taxes pay her salary, we deserve more patience and less insults. Three stars only because Melody saved the day
At a low point in my life. Needed help. These people treated me like I was someone of importance. They did there job and lifted me up. Went way beyond. Thank you very much
I went to get a death certificate today for my Mom. I don’t have all the information I needed and since I’m the last living relative I had no one to ask. The lady at the front desk (I didn’t get her name) was such a great help. She went above and beyond to help me achieve what I was trying to do. I will forever be grateful.
