The reception staff Tony and the physiotherapist Orla , they are all professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Orla explained things in a much more comprehensive but understandable way This is a superb physio centre where the patient is always put first. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of physio treatment.
Saw Alice this morning and went from being in tears from nerve pain in my shoulder when I woke up, to walking out of the appointment smiling due less pain + more range of motion. Highly recommend ☺️
I’ve been a loyal client of this clinic since 2022, regularly seeing Orla for 60-minute sessions and always receiving excellent care from her. Recently, I booked a session with another therapist for the first time (as Orla was unavailable), expecting the same format, but the session unexpectedly ended at 30 minutes. A brilliant experience from the minute I made the appointment to when I walked out the door. Orla is the consummate professional. A brilliant and knowledgeable physio who was able to diagnose my issue exactly and provide instant relief during the appointment. The improvement I feel as a result of the consultation is amazing. Magic hands Helpful and welcoming staff round out a fantastic level of service in every respect. A chat with Tony is always fun. I can’t recommend the Human Repair Shop highly enough.
