I had a mishap with my ebike while on vacation. I looked up bike shops and found these folks. I can’t say enough about the customer service I received from the time I walked in the store till I was shown where the shop was . The 2 gentleman in the shop brought my bike in worked on it right away and had me out the door in under an hour. WOW WOW WOW…… is all I can say. I’d give them 10 stars ⭐️ if I had the option . Great place in my book and I will be telling everyone about my experience here .
Justin was so helpful getting me the proper rack for my bikes. He has used gear that is such a good deal. He also works on e-bikes! What a great shop he has!
Fabulous little bike shop!! Associate working there was so friendly and we had an amazing conversation about the area and biking. If we lived here this would for sure be our bike shop and we will definitely rent from them/go on one of their tours on our next trip here!

Silver Birch Cycles is a great place to rent a bike in the Saranac Lake region. Justin, the owner, is a super nice and very knowledgeable guy about outdoor recreation using both non-electric and electric bikes. This is my second time renting a bike from him. It’s the most pleasant and easy experience. The rates are very reasonable and he and his staff are very professional.
