I found you LOL! In 2022 7 days before the moab240 run I separated my ribs pushing against my lung. For 6 days I came in for either 90min or 60 min massages everyday once or twice a day and we worked on my entire body! “I was broken she said” Day 7 was race day! I ran moab240 mile race without socks or a crew or a map and I finished Thank you 🙏
