I came to Jean barely able to do daily activities due to my severe back pain. After 3 sessions I feel 70% better and can function better with my daily activities! Highly recommend!!

Jean’s table Thai session is incredible! I actually feel better than after most “regular” massages. I have past injuries and some chronic tension patterns but after the session I felt overall more whole and even. I always felt fully supported and safe during the sesh while still being taken to the edge of where I “thought” I could go - which only left me feeling more confident and flexible in my body, heart and mind. Highly recommend!! Such a highly vital experience!
Jean is incredible! She creates such a comfortable space for you to land and has so much knowledge that she shares so willingly. I’ve had a Thai stretch session with Jean which left me feeling loose as a goose. She also gave me one of the most incredible massages and talked me through what she was witnessing in my body so I could better understand how to take care of myself. Jean is an amazing, friendly and professional massage therapist. I got a Thai stretch session which did wonders for loosening up my legs, hips and arms. I am now booking a myofascial massage as I have heard from other people in Moab that it’s an incredibly healing experience.
