I was scheduled here for physical therapy to treat vertigo. First available appointment was two weeks out. This is fairly standard. What is not is what happened next. I was called the night before the appointment to inform me that it was canceled. The next available appointment is another two weeks out. If reliable treatment is what you are looking for, go somewhere else.
I'm not usually this quick to leave positive reviews. But after two visits with Juliann I'm utterly impressed. I suffer from a extremely rare health condition. Juliann has already helped me compensate for my hypermobility and given me simple exercises to do that I've already noticed vast physical differences with. I highly recommend them for pelvic floor therapy. I was about 6 weeks after a Neobladder operation and started seeing Adam Barciszski for 8 sessions. He did an excellent job of evaluating me and started with the therapy. I started this program with minimal bladder control and with him working with me I ended up 8 weeks later with amazing control. I love this place and the therapists that work there!! They helped me tremendously and I will continue going to them if need be.
They don't return phone calls or respond to emails. I ended up in worse condition than before I started. Now I have to find a new orthopedic surgeon, and physical therapist. I'm terrified of ending up in a wheelchair in a retirement home. They refused to book my appts for sometimes weeks at a time. I am in so much pain & I can barely walk. What they've done to me is so wrong & so cruel. No wonder they're always hiring.
