I came here last month to relax and it exceeded my expectations. It's quiet, clean and very relaxing. I didn't get the chance to try the neurospa room but I will come back for it. Thank you. I came to use the salt bath for 30 minutes and it was amazing! It's worth it. You get to de-stress.
Best little gem in Ottawa for a spa day. Beautiful rooftop setting, small but practical layout offering multiple hot, warm and cold pools in total silence. Hot teas and medicinal drinks included, lots of places to lounge outside or inside from the winds -- keep track of your sandals as they blow away easily. Bathrobes are included, only need you bathing suit and sandals; phones are banned so completely quiet and relaxing.
