Huma Spa may not be the biggest spa in Quebec, but it offers a surprisingly well-rounded experience. One of its biggest strengths is the calm and peaceful atmosphere — it’s never overcrowded, which allows for a more relaxing day. Despite its modest size, the spa provides a good variety of baths, relaxation areas, and therapeutic zones. I visited Huma Spa for the first time today and it was excellent. Very clean, tidy, incredible thermotherapy pools. The outdoor patio is lovely, and the other relaxation areas are so comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice, too - kind and friendly. I also had an incredible massage with Maude, highly recommend her if you're looking to get a massage as well. I'll be back! Thanks to everyone at Huma, it was a very relaxing time and I couldn't have had a better first spa experience!

Love this little spa!! I enjoy going to this one in the winter when it’s super cold outside, it’s an amazing experience. Compared to Koena, it’s more private and tiny, so in a way, it’s easier to relax. But obviously because it’s tinier, there is less to try and this is more expensive than Koena. If you go with a big group, I think Koena would be better because you can spread out and chat. For me, I only go with one person usually, so it works for me.
