Hults Folk Art creates and sells fine hand painted paper cuttings and hand grain painted frames in a variety of custom sizes. Pam’s original designs blend the traditional 18th and 19th Pennsylvania German arts of fraktur and scherenschnitte, with a bit of whimsy. Pam and John are amazing artists!!
Today we had the absolute pleasure of meeting the artist and her husband in their studio. I had purchased a paper cutting last year and was looking to purchase a companion piece to hang with my previous purchase. The artist and her husband were very helpful in suggesting pieces that would coordinate with the one I already had. Both my husband and I love the detail, the choice of colors that are used in the artwork and the framing that makes it complete. Thank you Pam and John !
I haven't been there personally, but did visit on line and spoke to artist. I also made a couple purchases. Beautiful Art Work and Very Unique!!
I first saw Hults Folk Art at a local craft show. I immediately was drawn to the wonderful folk art pictures that I saw. I was not able to stop and purchase anything at that time. I easily found Hults Folk Art online. The website was easy to navigate through and, most important, the lovely artwork available was on display.
