I had a fabulous experience with HJ Jenison! From the moment you walk through the door you're greeted like family. Every member of the staff was wonderful to work with. They listened and took interest in your personal story. Loved their polls & trivia. The facility is well kept & clean. As much as I'm loving feeling better, I'm going to miss my weekly/monthly visits to HJ Jenison! Highly recommend for your PT needs!!
Went through a shoulder injury which chose to dislocate on its own for a while until I got surgery and got recommended to this Hulst Jepsen PT and the amazing staff there through entertainment, hard work , and good laughs really helped me bounce back ! The team at the Jenison branch was great! My leg pain is gone!
Today I had an appointment at the Jenison office and it left a bad taste in my mouth. There were 2 kids running around getting equipment out to play with and leaving all over the floor everywhere while other people were trying to walk ( my guess for their therapy ) and a baby crying in a car seat. Another guy sitting next to me had mentioned that he thought it was the office managers kids and husband. He also agreed that it was very noisy and he was frustrated.
