Went through a shoulder injury which chose to dislocate on its own for a while until I got surgery and got recommended to this Hulst Jepsen PT and the amazing staff there through entertainment, hard work , and good laughs really helped me bounce back ! The team at the Jenison branch was great! My leg pain is gone!
Today I had an appointment at the Jenison office and it left a bad taste in my mouth. There were 2 kids running around getting equipment out to play with and leaving all over the floor everywhere while other people were trying to walk ( my guess for their therapy ) and a baby crying in a car seat. Another guy sitting next to me had mentioned that he thought it was the office managers kids and husband. He also agreed that it was very noisy and he was frustrated. The whole team is knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging Courtney, my therapist was excellent. The area was always neat and organized.
