The haircut itself was good, but the overall experience was disappointing. The barber seemed to have difficulty understanding what I wanted, even after I gave clear examples. When I asked “do you understand?” he replied, “I do, but you don’t,” which felt rude and unnecessary. I asked for my beard to be made shorter and neat, but instead of just getting on with it, he kept asking “how much” repeatedly, and I had to guide him step by step (“now do the beard trim, now the hair”), as if he didn’t really want to do it. I’m really disappointed with this place. The barber didn’t listen to what I asked for, rushed through the haircut, and the result was nothing like what I wanted. The shop didn’t feel clean, and the customer service was unfriendly. Definitely not worth the money—I won’t be coming back.

First visit. Had to be the worst haircut I’ve ever had. The guy doing mine very clearly from the start didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Uneven length across top back and sides. Zero tapering and the sides behind the ears not even trimmed properly. Had to fix it myself when I went home. Will never be going back, wouldn't recommend anybody else does either. Embarrassing.
