Quite disappointed. Just picked up $5300 of lumber, much (maybe all, I keep watching) infested with powder post beetle. If you're unfamiliar its a burrowing beetle, small, that will eventually degrade timber/lumber to powder and not be useful structurally or really for anything else aside from firewood. Talked to Dave and they do nothing about this "common problem" and I'm on my own.
