Walked in and there was a wait of hour and a half. No worries, called me when it was 15 minutes before I go in. They called and was back in their office in 10 minutes. Waited 20 minutes and was sent into the room with the table. I then waited over 1 hour and 45 minutes in a tiny room waiting for Dr. Lin. I'm so disappointed as I have used Dr. Lin before and he helped me with my allergies, but their customer service and communication is beyond horrible. The acupuncture only occasionally works. It depends on their mood. The customer service is horrendous and they squeeze multiple people in one room like covid doesn’t exist. What’s worst is you have to wait in these rooms (for an hour not including your acupuncture time) only to see Mr Lin for 90 seconds. Thats what $150 gets you.

Allergy and tennis elbow cured. Dr. Lin works wonders with the needles. I would recommend him with the highest praise. This is coming from someone who has had needle phobia. Now I go to acupuncturists first.

Extremely long wait when with appointment. The doctor then applied used needles throughout my body. And now my arms have been in pain since then. I am filing a formal complaint with. Please avoid at all costs.
