I used to love this place but they have obviously gone downhill. I arrived to pick up my curbside order and waited but nobody came out. called and they said it would be just a few more minutes. Keep in mind I ordered our food for pickup 30 minutes ago. finally about 25 minutes past the 30 minutes it was supposed to take to get my food, the guy comes out and hands me my order with zero apologies. I tell him it seems like it took a while considering I ordered 55 minutes ago now. No, they were not busy if you're wondering. do I get an apology? Nope. instead I get a snide remark about how they can't guarantee to have an order ready when the customer is late. excuse me? my order pick up time was for 1:31pm and I got there at 1:34pm! If a 3 minute difference is going to be "late" in their minds then I no longer want to support a business like this! Oh, and when I checked my order they had forgotten to include one of the more expensive items we had paid for in it. So then I had to wait longer for him to go get the rest of what we ordered. (which has happened a few times there in the past now) I cannot recommend this place anymore, although I used to enjoy it, as they obviously don't respect the customers time enough to have an order ready after 30 minutes or to apologize when it's not ready after 55 minutes then instead BLAME the consumer for being 3 minutes late. ridiculous!

Hey there! Im so sorry you had such a negative experience. I was actually working there myself yesterday helping to get your order together. We're relatively new to curbside pickup, having just started offering it in response to Covid-19 and are still trying to figure out the most efficient way of going about it. During the day we stay fairly busy so its tough for us to watch for cars outside in our parking lot, which is why when placing orders for curbside online we have a note asking our customers to call us when they arrive to let us know which vehicle they're in so we can deliver it promptly to their car window. First off I want to apologize for us being a little tardy getting your order out. We were actually extremely busy when you arrived and had completely sold out of our fries. We always have more cooking to ensure our customers receive them at their best. Unfortunately, when you showed up the next batch still had about 5 minutes left to cook. We tried to make up for your wait on those fries by throwing in that extra half pound free of charge as an apology. Also I want to apologize that we forgot your half pound of Italian pasta salad and you had to wait while our employee ran inside real quick to grab it. I guess we were in a bit of a rush after we received your second phone call minutes after the first when you asked if we couldn't find your car and we missed it in the panic of trying to get your order out. The turkey sandwich I just had was mouth watering, flavor so packed and balanced, the bread was amazing and I normally don't like bread. I'll be back for seconds and thirds.

Great friendly service!! And the sandwiches were delicious! Fresh wheat roll with tons of meat (I had the club)!! Husband loved their fry sauce and homemade potato fries! Definitely will go back! 😋😀

Best fries in all of Idaho and that’s not me over exaggerating, you just have to try them. 🏽 Sandwiches are amazing. Best experience I’ve had in a very long time. The people are so helpful and super nice. 🖤🖤I’m definitely planning on becoming a regular at Hugo’s 😌🥰🥰
