The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. The store manager went above and beyond, helping me put together an entire outfit when I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. I received compliments all night and felt amazing in it! The quality of the clothing is top-notch, and the service is outstanding.
I go to the Copley place mall on a regular basis and go to most if not all stores . The BOSS store is the only store I avoid at all times. I’m not sure who they hire and how they are trained , but I have never seen sales people to be so rude , ignorant and useless. My husband is a BOSS customer and buys stuff on a regular basis . He is so annoyed and pissed at the sales people there . They are aggressive if they are selling , but won’t even acknowledge you if they don’t think you are going to buy from them .
