Absolutely disgusting service. My grown up sons and I popped in to buy some casual clothes and we were literally stared out of the store. They were casually dressed but not at all scruffy and they followed us around the store like we were about to steal something. It was appalling so I went back in to tell them. They claimed they just wanted to help!!! Avoid st all cost.

I had a great experience shopping at Hugo Boss Boston Copley. From the moment I arrived, I was assisted by Ashley, one of the store representatives, who provided outstanding support throughout my visit. I wanted to confirm my suit size for an item I had seen online, and Ashley was extremely helpful with the sizing. She took the time to bring both the jacket and pants for me to try on to ensure the fit was right. She also shared helpful information about ongoing promotions. Horrible customer service all around. In store, the lady looked so disinterested and rushed us to pay. Didn’t offer us to even try the items on. At the time of checkout, also failed to apply discount, which we found out after the fact. Wrongly promised the timeline with “we’ll get it altered right away” when it would take a week, after I had shown here the deadline I am looking for! Probably just said it to make the sale. Extremely disappointed with the service. I purchased two suits and both pairs of pants were altered two inches too short. When I asked for a proper correction, the manager Laurel refused to provide new pants and instead insisted on unfolding the hems—a substandard fix. The manager was not only unhelpful, but also rude and dismissive, appearing more focused on hiding the mistake than addressing it. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. The store manager went above and beyond, helping me put together an entire outfit when I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. I received compliments all night and felt amazing in it! The quality of the clothing is top-notch, and the service is outstanding.
