My first massage was 30 min seated neck shoulders and back. I walked out feeling taller and my neck felt so much better. The stretches were amazing, and advice given re: specific stretches and equipment that could assist in strethening my muscles was invaluable. Have booked in and can't wait to go back. Thanks Donna 💪
