Customer service needs a lot of improvement.
For a few years I used them and John was excellent. In the tax year 2022 Rachel an obvious trainee, took over and raised the rates and could not provide the balance sheet for my companies. I don't understand how you can file tax information without balancing the books. For 20 years my accounting companies have provided journal entries to balance Quick Books for my records. When asked for the copies Rachel wanted to charge $100 an hour to go over the books again to provide the journal entries. I would not use this company aga... read more
