Run away, don’t walk! Hughes Private Capital is a SCAM! Greg Hughes and Steve Sixberry are crooks and should be behind bars. This is a ponzu scheme. Don’t fall for it.
We invested in one of their funds (assuravest llc). We had to sue to get our money back. In the discovery process we found that most of the things they said were lies and they even misrepresented their experience credentials in the note world. Both the owners are uneducated in the finance world (one has a high school degree only). I see all the good reviews are more than 5 years old. Well in 2022 Greg Hughes started fraudulently lying and stealing Hughes Capital investors money. He cons investors into investing in his fund, then turns around and closes that Hughes Capital "fund" and keeps the money, estimated at $64,000,000 according to their Investors Kit and their fancy monthly newsletters. Beware of Fraudsters at Hughes Private Capital that is still advertising high rate returns on "safe secured investments", AFTER he just notified last years investors in December that they are not getting a dime of their millions of dollars in investments back and they are paying $0 interest.
