Phenomenal staff and service. They have a good selection of clothes and unbelievable range of sizes. I've been buying my clothes here for over a decade and never had a bad experience.
Best of the best! As a bigger guy, clothes shopping can be..... painful. Today we visited Hughes and wow! I love the new store front! The service was amazing, I've never had my size guessed so easily! Within moments of walking in, I was fitted in a suit OFF THE RACK! Jeans followed, shirts and tees were next with style and comfort taken into consideration! The price was great too! All sizes were saved on file so I can order online later! A completely perfect shopping experience! Well done!
Terrible company. Advertises products with an Australian size guide and then ships a product according to a new zealand size guide, which is only a fraction of the size. Then refuses to answer any email regarding shipping the wrong product. Avoid. 0 stars would be more appropriate.
The lady working was super helpful, she greeted us on arrival and asked how she could help. She knew what stock she had and was able to offer options that suited our needs We were in and out within 10min with exactly what we required
