At this point and time, we have sent off two complaint letters to Hughes Lumber, Dennis Rawls owner, and have not received any type of response. The last complaint email sent to Mr. Rawls was dated 4-7-2020. This company appears not to have any customer skills, nor do they care about customer service and return customers. I have instructed my contractor not to pay the "quoted" receipt given until such time that we receive a written response back from Mr. Rawls regarding our complaint and issues.
