I needed help finding the correct window to replace one that was broken recently in a hailstorm. Their window specialist, Todd, was very helpful in finding the replacement window, and he referred me to Carmen at their location in Catoosa to view a display window to make sure that the color was correct. Carmen introduced me to Zach, who processed my order. The whole process went smoothly.
Can you park here overnight?
Im delivering wood to this location. I was instructed that delivery is firt come, first serve. I was 1st in line, 2 hours before anyone else. Everyone else is being unloaded, except for me. This place is not bad so far, but it IS frustrating to start your d.o.t. clock and get left waiting. I was told at one point that they may need to move me elsewhere, not to unstrap....that was 1 hour ago
